Refund Policy

At Flex C-Suite, we are committed to delivering high-impact, executive-level leadership tailored to your business needs. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to be fair and transparent in our refund practices.
 

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our services during the first 15 days of engagement, you may cancel our services

  • You notify us in writing, stating specific reasons for dissatisfaction.

  • Fees for hours already worked are not eligible for refund

  • Any proprietary documents or plans shared with you are deleted or returned.

Prepaid Engagements

If you have prepaid for a multi-month engagement:

  • Cancellations before the next billing cycle will be refunded for unused full months only.

  • No refunds will be issued for the current month once strategic planning or executive work has begun.

Hourly or Project-Based Services

  • For hourly billing, you will be billed only for hours worked. Refunds are not provided for completed hours.

  • For project-based agreements, a refund may be issued if the deliverables are not met per the contract. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Onboarding fees, assessments, and third-party tools/software purchased on your behalf are non-refundable.

  • Strategic documents, playbooks, or proprietary frameworks delivered are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern regarding service quality or billing, please contact us at summer@flexc-suite.com within 7 days of the issue. We aim to resolve all concerns promptly and professionally.
